Default whats so elite about this?

Plague Signet [elite]
Transfer one negative condition from yourself to target foe. 50% chance of failure with Curses of 4 or less.
Signet - 0 energy - 2 cast - 30 recharge

ya it costs no energy, but has a 30 second recharge time, thats not even as close to this skill in the no attribute section of the necro.

Plague Touch
Transfer a negative condition from yourself to target touched foe.
Skill - 5 energy - 0.75 cast - 0 recharge

then again, with plague touch, you have to get up close and personal.

i just dont think plague signet should be a elite skill, it will not see very much playing time on any of my builds.

There are quite a few skills like that. Stuff will still be changing before retail. It might have already changed, we will see on Friday.

Got to remember too, although Guru tries to keep them all up to date...it being beta and all some of the things tend to change faster than they would like.... after release it will definitely all be spot on. (probably just easier to make the major adjustments now, then they will get picky once the dev's settle on the result for release)

Yup plague signet is an condition transferring bomb right now. Its not really powerful but its pretty fun to play around with once in a blue.

Huh. We don't have it as "all conditions"? Could have sworn I made that change a while ago. Oh well, easy enough to fix.

Yes, some of our skill listings are, no doubt, wrong. We'll be going through them and making corrections and changes as soon as the next BWE opens and that information is publically avaliable again, just like last time. After that it's release and we'll be relying a lot more on our kindly posters to let us know when something's up as we'll likely no longer have easy access to each and *every* skill around.
